Live Guest Illustrations
Need the perfect wedding favor? Mini live portraits of your guests is a special take home item they won’t soon forget! Not only is it a perfect favor, but your guests will be wowed and entertained the whole event.
My watercolor sketch style is minimalistic and faceless. I focus on capturing each guest’s specific attire and hair style. This stylistic approach allows me to complete single portraits in 5-6 minutes or 10-12 minutes for a couple. These portraits are completed in watercolor and artist pen on 5”x 7” mixed media paper.
Bride and Groom: Don’t forget to stop by and have your photo taken! I’d love to provide you your own special and more detailed portrait.
What to Expect:

All portraits are painted with no facial features, but will capture the likeness of the guest.

5”x 7” portraits completed on mixed media paper.

When guests approach the art table, their photograph will be taken. There will be several posing options available. Portraits will be drawn during the event and will be available for pickup up later.

No waiting is involved. Once the guest(s) has their photo taken, they can return to the event and come back to pick up their portrait later on. Guests are welcome to stay and watch the process as well!

Once the portrait is completed, they will be laid out on the table and packaged in a plastic sleeve for guests to pick up and take home before they leave. If time does not allow for all portraits to be completed, then the remainder will be finished in-studio and delivered to the Bride and Groom.
FAQ
How many portraits are completed at the event?
A single portrait takes around 5-6 minutes. Couple portraits take around 10-12 minutes. I can complete 10-12 guests per hour. In a 4 hour event I can more than likely complete around 50 guests.
I need more portraits than time allows for. What now?
Any portraits not completed at the event will be finished in studio and mailed to the Bride and Groom before “Thank you” letters are mailed out. These paintings will be the perfect way to show your appreciation!
How many guests will want portraits?
Most guests will want a portrait, but some may not. I would expect around 75% of your guests will want a portrait! If you purchase a package, but end up needing more portraits, then add-ons can be purchased!
How will guests know that portraits are available?
I will have signs to help direct your guests. I do recommend having you DJ announce during cocktail hour or reception that live guest portraits are taking place and to ask guests to make their way over during the night to have their photo taken. I also recommend announcing at the end of the event to remind your guests to pick up their one-of-kind painting. Any that are left behind will be mailed to the Bride and Groom.

BOOKING
To book your live guest portraits (1) check availability via email, (2) download, complete, and return the questionnaire form below via email to: emmyhunter16@gmail.com. (3) Once the form is received, you will receive an email to schedule a consultation. After the consultation, an invoice for a $500 deposit will be sent. This is required to reserve your date. (So sorry, but dates cannot be reserved until payment is made.)
DEPOSIT
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date and time. This amount is applied to your total.

PAYMENT PLAN
