Live Wedding Painting
Capture your event with a live acrylic painting by Emmy.
While you and your guests enjoy watching this beautiful painting come to life through the evening, you will be able to cherish the finished piece for years to come. My hope for your painting is that, like your love for one another, it will last more than a lifetime.
As the artist, I will strive to capture the love, energy, and atmosphere of the day. My style leans into realism, but with an artistic touch. Package deals include canvas sizes of 18”X24,” 24”X30,” and 24”X36.” There are more canvas sizes available. If you are interested in pricing for smaller sizes, please check out the non-package options below for more details!
What to expect:

Consultation with artist before wedding date to discuss painting, location, and moment to be captured.

Live Event Painting contract outlining your requested services and details for your event.

Artist will arrive 1-2 hours before start of event to set up and begin sketching and painting background.

Live painting will continue into the reception for 4-6 hours.

Painting will be finished in studio for final touches and varnishing.

Painting includes the couple and requested scenery in an artistic style.
Discussion of additional people and elements can be done during consultation. -
Price does not include travel.
FAQ
What moment should I have captured?
Some of the most common moments to have painted are ceremony, first kiss, just announced Mr & Mrs, first dance, candid moment, or artist choice.
What canvas sizes do you offer?
18x24,” 24x30,” or 24x36” are the most popular, but other options are available.
Will you travel?
I will travel for your big day. Pricing is customized based on location. Time and distance traveled for the wedding may incur a fee for travel and stay.
For destination weddings that require special travel plans, please contact me with more information. My availability for these weddings is very limited.
When will my painting be ready?
By the end of your event, your painting will not be ready to take home. I will take the painting back to my studio to perfect your lovely work of art! Please allow 1-3 months for delivery of the finished piece. Delivery will be discussed once painting is complete.

BOOKING
To book your live painting (1) check availability via email, (2) download, complete, and return the questionnaire form below via email to: emmyhunter16@gmail.com. (3) Once the form is received, you will receive an email to schedule a consultation. After the consultation, an invoice for a $500 deposit will be sent. This is required to reserve your date. (So sorry, but dates cannot be reserved until payment is made.)
DEPOSIT
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date and time. This amount is applied to your total.
CONTRACT
Below is a blank copy of the wedding painting contract. Please take a moment to look over the contract prior to a consultation. This outlines all details and services that will take place to create your painting.
PAYMENT PLAN
If you would like to make monthly payments, arrangements can be made. Scheduled payments must be paid in full 7 days before event.
