What’s Included:
Time
Six (6) hours at your event. This time is normally during cocktail hour and reception. Roughly 60-70 guest portraits will be completed in this time. Remainder will be completed in-studio.
Portaits
Up to 120 people or 60 couples.
Additional guest illustrations can be added.
Detail
Paintings are faceless, full body portraits. They will capture the likeness and style of the person. Detail will be captured in their attire, accessories, and hair.
Travel
The first 30 miles, to and from your location (60 miles total), are free! Milage above this will be charged a travel fee of $0.67 per mile.
Distance and end time of services may require a hotel stay. Hotel stay is normally required for distances over 2 hours away. Pricing for stay will be based on local rates of your reception location.
